"Overview of Brief Strategic Family Therapy", programs of one to three days in length, can be provided for states, local municipalities and agencies that are considering the BSFT model, but require more information in order to arrive at an appropriate decision, and/or who wish to consult with FTTIM on organizational and staffing considerations.
These workshops feature an overview of the Brief Strategic Family Therapy model and basic concepts, class exercises, didactic presentations, case presentations, and the BSFT Diagnostic Dimensions. They include: Summary of BSFT Research, On-Site Training/Presentation, Workshop Handouts, Informational Packet, and a complementary administrative consultation about your particular audience and desired goals.
These workshops are intended only as an introduction to BSFT for organizations considering the adoption of BSFT as a clinical model. They do NOT equip clinicians to actually conduct the therapy. These workshops are appropriate for clinicians, supervisors, administrators, referral sources, funders, probation officers and others involved with the provision of services. Depending on your purpose, the workshop can be one to three days in length.
